Product Description
Wet Spinning System for General Purposes
Solution /wet spinning system consists of the following parts: -
- Dope Tank: Dope tank is made of Stainless steel 304 .the material used for dope tank will not effect by chemicals which are used for wet spinning. Electrically heated and temperature controlled by PID Temperature controller with the accuracy of +/- 1.0 centigrade. Also provide provision for nitrogen supply in dope tank. Pressure regulator at the top for showing pressure in dope tank. The temperature range in dope tank from ambient to 400 centigrade.
- Filter Assembly : The filter assembly is made of Stainless Steel 304 . Double wire mash filter is provided for uniform distribution of material to the metering pump.
- Metering pump: It provides uniform flow with proper mixing of material to spinnerets with the help of AC motor and drive.
- L / D = 1 or 3 as per your requirement
- Diameter of Spinnerets 0.5mm , 0.75mm, 1.0mm as per requirement
The material of spinneret is SS 304
1 Bath
Triple walled bath outer made of Stainless Steel and inner two walls also made of stainless steel. Between 2 and outer wall Puff insulation. Between 2 and inner wall coolant solution so that inner bath should be cooled up to 10 centigrade controlled by PID Temperature controller. Two Jacks are provided to up and down of 1 Bath.
Roller Assembly
Roller made of stainless steel. (SS 304) One roller assembly having three rollers. Each roller diameter is 100 mm +/- 1mm The rollers are driven by AC Motor and drive. The speed of roller can be controlled by individually
(1) 1 roller Assembly 60 RPM or to be specified
(2) 2 roller Assembly 80 RPM or to be specified
(3) 3 roller Assembly 80 RPM or to be specified
(4) 4 roller Assembly 120 RPM or to be specified
2 3 and 4 Bath
Triple walled bath made of stainless steel (SS 304) with glass wool Insulation Immersion heater 2000 watt 220 volt fitted in the Bath and temperature controlled by PID Temperature controller. The thermal oil provided in the bath for heating of inner bath.
Heater plate
Heater plate 400mm long fixed at screw Jack for up and down movement of plate according to requirement. PID Temperature controller controls the heater plate heated by strip heater of 500 Watts 220 volt .The temperature of heater plate go up to 300 Centigrade.
